“I received my wine and was very happy with it - however I asked for my loyalty points to be added and this has not happened or been confirmed”

“Excellent, absolutely flawless. There were two boxes as part of my order and they got seperated but still arrived within the same day. My parents had a call from O'Briens the very next morning just to check if it arrived and was everything. Top notch customer service, really excellent. The wine was of course delicious. I would highly recommend using O'Briens - we will for sure be using them again. Thank you very much.”

“My local O'Briens in Ballybrack has friendly, helpful staff [especially the Manager(ess)] and the delivery service, despite the pressure on it at present, was prompt and efficient. As for the wine, etc. I trust their judgement - though they are out of Ricard at present!”
