“Glad of the service now that Brexit has stopped me sending anything at all from UK to Ireland for my best friends birthday/Xmas present but it would be helpful if I could have had the bottle of champagne delivered if not on the day then a day or two before.As it is O'Briens just takes the order and delivers at their own convenience so a bit of an anticlimax”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you placed your order on March 25th and it was delivered on March 27th. All orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed. Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2-3 working days to complete. Once an order is placed unfortunately we cannot hold or specify what day it will arrive within that time frame. That said, once you get tracking information on your shipment you can make specified requests directly with the courier through the link that you will receive to the manage your delivery portal.
