“First time I’ve used online delivery. Service was excellent, the delivery arrived mush sooner than expected. Exactly what I ordered. Slightly concerned that many items are out of stock currently, but hopefully this is temporary. All the best.”

“I have been shopping in O'Briens shop in Templeogue since 2005. I love the shop and rarely order online but did so this time because of Covid19. I have recommended many of your wines to my friends and work colleagues and they never disappoint. Tonya is a great ambassador for O'Briens as is Sinéad in your main office. Thank you. Seán”

“This would have been 1 star or less ! As I had initially been shocked by the shoddy methods of the Delivery service they use. Who made a grave and stupid error . Which only O'Brien's excellent customer service staff especially Sinead , resolved with ingenuity. Asa result of I could not be a more satisfied customer now.”

“Hi, I placed order on line WO 402653. Entered all delivery address including Eircode and mobile in order details. Got confirmation email and noticed that delivery details were a previous address registered against my loyalty card. No Eircode or mobile. Contacted your customer care and agent finally agreed to contact DPD. Got delivery email from DPD still with incorrect address details. Contacted DPD directly and gave them correct details. Got no call from DPD and order delivered to my neighbour who contacted me. Overall very poor experience..”

“Online choice much smaller than shop. I couldn’t order some of my favorites like Russian Jack and Volpetta Chiante. Delivery service etc was excellent.”
