“Was delivered to another premises not mine and was not told where it was. Rang courier who was delivering But got no reply (he rang me prior to delivery) but waited 20 mins not 10 as he said.”

“Am usually happy with the wines I order. Your recommendations are not always to my taste, but that is a personal thing. Overall very satisfied with the service- the only thing I find difficult is applying my saved points to an order, when using your website . It is not straightforward and I usually just give up and leave them there. Maybe that could be made simplier.”
