“Wine is great but DPD delivery is appalling. The guy literally left the box outside my house and walked away before I came out. What could have happened if I had been out?”

“Not the wine yet....Delivery was appalling. DPD deliverer rang entrance bell just once, did not wait for me to answer at the entrance pedestrian gate then as I arrived he did not look and drove off. Meantime he dropped a box of glass bottles labelled fragile over the pedestrian gate. To add insult DPD claimed in their delivery email that I had signed I would like a response to this serious complaint to declanodonovan@gmail.com.”
