“I placed my order on Tuesday 5thApril expecting it to be delivered to my uncle’s house in time for his birthday celebration on Sunday 10thApril. I am extremely disappointed to receive a text from DPD informing me that my uncle’s gift will not be delivered until Monday 11thApril. Very poor service!!”

“Not sure if things were shipped in 2 different boxes, but I ordered 14 bottles of wine and only received 12. The box we received clearly had 2 sections of 6 slots packed over and under the bottles (can take a picture, if needed), but no other “second” box that had the additional 2 bottles. After auditing against the full list, I am missing the Emiliana Coyam Organic Red and the Segun-Manuel Savigny Goudelettes White.”

“O Briens Wines are very good but the delivery service is not as good. Once again it was delivered to our next door neighbour who is 87 years of age and who would prefer not to be disturbed as she currently has Covid.”
