“I wish O’Briens did not use DPD who in my experience are casual and careless and who only nominally have an interest in customer service. They screwed up my wine order and it took a week to arrive. They did not deliver my previous order as apparently they left it in ‘my secure place’ which is non existent and have done nothing to solve.”

“We ordered Lanson Black Label Champagne which we love. I ordered yesterday it arrived today. In the current climate that is outstanding service and we will certainly use O’Briens again. Thank you”

“We live in Scotland and wanted to send a case of wine to my sister in Dublin for her wedding anniversary. We had great difficulty finding a UK company who would do this. We were recommended O'Briens and placed our order hassle free on Monday. The wine was delivered on the Wednesday on time. We would highly recommend O'Briens and will use them again in the future Fantastic service!”

“Everything was perfect, delivery was quick and I was notified of the hour of delivery. Already tasted one bottle of wine, and it is excellent. Well packed, though I would love to be able to send back the packaging for re-use.”

“Could I comment on the horrendous amt of packaging that came with a single bottle of champagne. I would have waited until the wine tasting was dispatched had you given the option of a single delivery and suggest that you offer this option. It was only on order completion that I became aware of split delivery which is environmentally and financially wasteful”
