I can see that you ordered late evening on Friday 31/03/2023 and that your order was delivered on the morning on 04/04/2023. All orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed. Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2-3 working days to complete, this does not include weekends or national holidays. Once an order is placed unfortunately we cannot hold or specify what day it will arrive within that time frame. I will be sure to pass on your feedback for the demand for next day delivery services. “O’Brien’s as usual performed superbly, on time and in full, the only thing that lets them down is DPD, the delivery company. €150 worth of wine was left at the door step with a call or door bell ring - what would have happened if it was stolen?”

“Easy ordering on the O’Briens website with clear instructions. Delivery was excellent especially as DPD give a one hour delivery window. I will be recommending O’Briens to my friends.”

“Ordering site very poor when ordering a gift .. you can leave a gift message but there is nowhere to ensure that a cost invoice is not sent .. had to e mail as your phone lines go to message and mail box was full .. not sure I would order with you again . Delivery was ok”

“The delivery was prompt. The wines were very well packed in a carton of 12 +1. The wines were also at a low temperature which suggests they had been stored in a suitable environment.”
