I am, as always, very happy with OBriens wine but I am not at all happy with the courier used! After a week of rerouting the parcel they eventually delivered it to the wrong place and I had to ask someone to deliver it to someone else to deliver for me.

Hi Noelle, I am so sorry about the delivery difficulties that you experienced. I can see that you were in touch with our customer service team just before Christmas and that they were able to get this resolved with the courier. As a gesture of goodwill and a way of apology, I have refunded the delivery charge for this order. The parcel should have been delivered well before the 22nd and our customer service team will follow this up in the January with the courier on your behalf. Excellent service both online orders and in store. The staff in the Drogheda store are excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable on wine. Great value on wines for Christmas.

Very happy with my purchase from O'Briens. I like the variety of wines you have access to, the shipment was ready in no time and when the courier made a mess of it (by mishandling the parcel and breaking the contents) O'Briens shipped a new one which was delivered 2 days later. I would definitely buy again from O'Briens online.

I phoned over not receiving e mail confirmation of order.... To say it was hard to get through is an understatement... Phone kept cutting off... Not my end... When finally got thru and explained..... I was to get call back... Did not.... Got e mail.... Would have preferred call as promised....
