“I phoned over not receiving e mail confirmation of order.... To say it was hard to get through is an understatement... Phone kept cutting off... Not my end... When finally got thru and explained..... I was to get call back... Did not.... Got e mail.... Would have preferred call as promised....”

“Your delivery service provider just left boxes of the order sitting on the doorstep and did not seem to make any effort to ring the bell or communicate with the occupants. Took a bit of a chance that we would eventually receive the delivery.”
