Yes order delivered today fully intact as ordered. My one little quibble is that I did not receive prior notice of the delivery either by text or email and the first I knew of the delivery was a voice mail to my phone telling me the order was left in the front garden behind my green bin. Would normally get prior notification so would have somebody to look out for the delivery. Anyway all is well now. Thanks for the speedy dispatch. Bridget

Happy with wine. Unhappy with delivery. The Courier just left the wine on my front doorstep and then left before alerting me. I would have preferred if he rang the doorbell first - I would have had him put the cases at the side door, which is right next to my wine rack. I've just had back surgery and am not able to easily bend over and move things. I appreciate the speed, but not the delivery process.

Is the Porta 6 out of stock as it wasn't received. It was instead replaced by Marqués de la Concordia Reserva.

I placed my order on Tuesday 5thApril expecting it to be delivered to my uncle’s house in time for his birthday celebration on Sunday 10thApril. I am extremely disappointed to receive a text from DPD informing me that my uncle’s gift will not be delivered until Monday 11thApril. Very poor service!!

You delivered the wrong wine. I received 12 bottles of an Italian wine instead of the Chateau Rollan de by. Can you please deliver the correct wine please?

Thank you for this service but I will not be doing it again as it took 4 days to deliver and delivery cost ~ 8 euro. I would not want to be too thirsty! All else good though, thank you, Brian.
