“This delivery took place on Monday 30th but I only managed to collect it today Friday 3rd September. The delivery driver left it at the wrong house over a mile from mine and in full view of passers by. Your new delivery company have up to now delivered to my door, so it must be a new driver. Can you please take this up as it's not satisfactory. John S D Madden”

“Received the whiskey I ordered quickly, and easy website to use, though the birthday gift card sticker was just thrown onto the card wonky and crinkled. After spending close to €80 with you for this birthday gift, a little more care could have been taken. Looks rushed”

“Sending birthday gifts to our family from England has become very difficult post-Brexit with unknown VAT and Customs duties being charged often on the person receiving the gift! The answer? Use O'Briens! Easy on-line ordering and delivered 48 hours later with on-line tracking and an e-mail once the gift has been delivered. Could not be simpler and will certainly use O'Briens again! Many thanks.”
