“When I first started taking collagenic burn I had energy, now not so much, also these capsules get stuck in my throat ! I can feel right where they are stuck and I burp up what ever is inside of those capsules, I have to down like 2 glasses of water and eat a few crackers or something to get them down my throat. I would not buy these again.”
“I've only bought the collagen burn Blue Raspberry and the super collagen protein in caramel macchiato. So far the blue Raspberry I think was way too sweet! I have to dilute it. The caramel macchiato is very bitter and just taste off. Did not like it. Over all, I think obvi should come up with a gluten free option and also stop using sucralose. It's a no go for my health and taste buds. Also, your website isn't very user friendly. I had a hard time figuring out how to simply cancel or change a subscription. You need a my account button. I shouldn't have to email yall and try to explain myself.”

“Poor customer service. Sent emails and made phone calls which I left messages and noone ever replied to either about my order. Finally received my order and one container was smashed and my product loose in envelope. Items cost to much to receive like this.”
