“Obvi customer service was pleasant. However, I have yet to receive my order. I didn't receive the first order and sent an email two days after the original delivery date, in case shipment was delayed. Two days later, I still didn't receive the order. A rep offered to send me another package since.i didn't receive the first one. But, I have yet to receive the second package.”
“My order was confirmed and first payment was made on March 26th, my second payment is due on the 8th and I still have not received my product so at this time I am not real happy with the customer service my second payment is going to be due before I even received the product”

“Based on this experience only I'm giving a neural rating because.... I actually ordered more than I recieved. I was never notified that the product was not in stock and that it would not be shipped with my order. I had to reach out to them about it. And then I was given a credit for it after multiple emails but only for the product and not the shipping and tax I already paid on the product. I was super disappointed about it. But otherwise I love these products. There just need to be better communication once you've placed an order”
