“I started getting my shopping from Ocado when we were in lockdown, and I've never had any items missing from my order, or substituted. Their system is efficient at marking goods as sold out, or unavailable for your delivery, BEFORE you check out, so avoids you relying on the delivery and then getting disappointed/surprised. Only one negative experience when a delivery was super-late, due to severe traffic delays. The delivery people are courteous and efficient. I have tried four other major supermarket suppliers, but none are as consistently satisfactory.”

“I don't understand all the one star complaints. I'm a regular customer with only only good things to say about Ocado, their products, and their delivery guys. Being able to buy M&S food is a bonus.”

“I have always found Ocado delivery service to be very good. Customer Service excellent as are returns and refunds. I used them on the odd occasion to start with but find myself using them more and more for all the above reasons. I've tried all online deliveries but Ocado do rate highly in my eyes.”

“I am a new customer , attracted by a £20 starter voucher to give the system a try out. I do not use home delivery for anything until now. I was a Sainsbury customer of 20 years, completely fed up with their price rises , Nectar rewards now a waste of time, poor quality over the range , time for a change , I am now spending my £100 = per week with Ocado, screw Sainsbury !! The system is very customer friendly and works really well. the drivers are pleasant and arrive on time, the product range is second to none. Lurpac butter is now £5 at Sainsbury , Ocado £4 , and this seems to run through their range, also they stock lots of lovely unusual products , the French Picard range is great , impossible to buy tiny frozen onions for special dishes or a proper Croissant anywhere. Picard at Ocado have them both, I bought bottle of my favourite Marshino liquer at £5 off. My savings have been nearly £50 on my last two shops with vouchers. Speak as you find , who said that ? anyway I find Ocado superb , such a pleasure to find a company that works so well.”

“I had occasion to complain to Ocado concerning an item in our weekly order which was not up to their usual standard. I was most impressed by the response, as the matter was suitably resolved in a very short space of time. At a time when 'customer service' is a rarity, or non-existent, I should like to say thank you for the excellent and professional manner with which this was handled.”

“Delivered today too B619AR. Delivery time was 11-12 noon. I Didn’t ask drivers name which was vey remiss of me. He was so polite and a credit to himself and Ocado. There are extensive road works happening today along our very narrow country road. So there are diversions from all routes to get too where we live. Your Driver had to make a few diversion manoeuvres to get too us. But he was on time, very polite and helpful. A credit to himself and Ocado thank you. 5 star service with a smile.”

“We thought we would give Ocado a try not really knowing what to expect. Yes some things are a little more expensive: Chicken thing fillets that are boneless. However, for the first time in years, I am not trimming off left over bone and loads of fat and tendonous material. The quality of fresh goods is superb and they last many more days than well known cheaper super markets. Delivery and staff: Not a lot to say here, but super polite, helpful and caring. What a difference having an engaging driver makes when dropping our shopping of. So far, its win win all the way for us as a family, couldn't be happier.”

“First time I’ve used them , their site was a bit difficult to navigate …I’m sure I’ll get used to it ,that apart .. informed me well throughout the process , the delivery driver was excellent , very pleasant , informed me about everything Ocado , I use them again just because of him …. What a pleasant guy , made my day”

“Ocado offer fantastic service and food deliveries. The delivery is on time and in carrier bags making it easy to unload. They take the carrier bags back and refund you for them. The drivers are very polite and friendly. It's nice to have a mix of M&S and Ocado offers delivered 10/10 thank you”

“It was my first delivery this morning and because our house is behind a wall, I waited for the driver and waved. Brendan was so thankful and said "welcome to Ocado", which I thought was a lovely gesture! I will definitely use them again, I'm very pleased.”

“Food is always of an exceptional standard and as though I have picked it myself. Perishable food always has a long enough life on it. Always lots of offers and the chance to swap what is in the basket for a cheaper version. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful and professional drivers. All in all, I am extremely happy with Ocado home shopping! Thank you!”
