“Great service, great products on offer and unlike many other online retailers I have used its very rare to have any items missing on delivery. On occasions produce is damaged its refunded very quickly via the app or online portal with no hassle. All in all top marks”

“I'm disabled and have tried various supermarket deliveries and Occado is the best!! It's reasonably priced and not more expensive than tesco. Has lots of good quality Foods and a special offers on regulary. Also money off vouchers. Their own range of free foods and other goods is of good quality. And a little gift which Made my day!! And all my delivery drivers from Hatfield have been very kind and very helpful. Thank you guys! very important to me was all my order was delivered and none of my items missing which is very important and you can check upto the last evening for me not able to get out often Occado is A great home delivery service Thank you.”

“Hi, I just wanted to say what excellent service we had from their van driver Tony in Edgbaston yesterday. My son was asleep and didn't hear the door the driver phoned us and tried many times and then said he would have to cancel the order. When I got hold of my son we tried to call the driver back but it went to answerphone. He then called us back to say he could try and deliver as was back in the area. I was so pleased as it was my son's birthday at Uni Of Birmingham and i had sent him drinks, birthday etc. The driver did not know this but still went out of his way to help. I would have loved to have tipped the driver for the extra effort he put in but my son being a Uni student had absolutely no cash on him.”

“I love my online shopping with Ocado because it is so easy. The favourites section, helps me remember what I may have missed off of my list, they have lots of special offers and the selection of products, especially organic and vegan/vegetarian, are without rival. I never go to the shops now, I don't need to, Ocado have everything that I could want, covered. Staff are always polite and helpful and refunds are given very quickly, without argument, on the rare occasion that there is a problem and it really is rare! I have recently recommended Ocado to a friend and he is about to start shopping with them, having sampled some of the delights that I have bought. I would highly recommend them to anybody.”

“Great little online supermarket. Customer Services to delivery drivers, always polite and even when really busy still polite and have time for you. I love that you can get 5p back on your bags and they even take other supermarkets bags too. I always thought Ocado would be expensive but I was wrong. They have some great deals and products in stock more than other supermarkets I have gone to. It’s very rare they give substitute products either. Always receive products very fresh unlike some supermarkets where the food is not up to standard and looks like it needs throwing away on its arrival. Only fault I can find so far is the packing of the products could be better, this is something even one of their van drivers pointed out to me Apart from that I’m less stressed out now with having a hard job of looking after my 27 year old disabled son who has vision impairment, medical problems and severe learning difficulties. As you can imagine it’s a nightmare trying to get round the shops with him especially when packed and customers as well as some staff are stressed out and take it out on others. Some supermarkets I have gone to and spent hundreds of pounds for years I no longer feel at ease with. Some staff are unprofessional and feel some but not all could do with some customer training. It’s not nice that a person spends so much money in a supermarket to be treated with such disrespect and unfortunately because of this I have decided to shop with Ocado a lot of the time rather than go into a store in a good mood and end up coming out quite upset by members if rude staff.. obviously these staff seem to forget its the customer paying their wages. So well done Ocado so good over the months have ordered from you and a loss to others who don’t train their staff to be more understanding and polite to customers. Keep up the good work as online shopping is becoming the future, other supermarkets are slowly going bankrupt which is not surprising in my opinion if customers are not treated with respect they will obviously go else where. I see their has been some bad reviews too on Ocado. All I can say is I’ve had bad experiences in other supermarkets and I have found Ocado less stressful and staff professional. I do understand that things can go wrong sometimes in life. Like I said packing could be better and my shopping was late last night but I phoned customer services where upon they were very oppologetic and I accept this. The driver got caught up in very bad traffic which caused a delay. Because so late I was offered for them to deliver first thing in the morning at no extra delivery cost as it was getting very late. I was also sent a voucher to say sorry for £10 straight away to my email address. Obviously I don’t know what others on here have gone through but can only state my own opinion and circumstances.”

“I have never really trusted online food shops as the delivery normally cost a fortune, you end up with god awful choices and you always have swaps for things you didn’t want. I thought I would try Ocado as a final resort and I’m a changed person! Why I never bothered to use these before I have no idea. It’s easy, the food quality is fantastic and the customer service from the drivers is brilliant. I am never shopping with anyone else. I highly recommend Ocado!”
