“Very easy website to use but I do not need all the offers etc that I have to negotiate to get through to pay! Deliveries have always been very prompt and the delivery people are courteous and efficient.”

“Have used Ocado for many years and have found the service offered to be consistently good over time. Deliveries are punctual and drivers friendly and helpful. System for replacing or returning items is efficient and easy- help desk is easy to access and use. After trying several other grocery delivery retailers Ocado is the only one that I would recommend to friends or family.”

“Ocado is the best delivery service because it delivers straight from the warehouse - ensuring the freshest produce with long-lasting dates - within a 1 hour time slot. Both Waitrose and Ocado branded items are great. Website is excellent, and easy to use. Drivers contact you if there is a problem with delivery. I've tried them all, and have been with Ocado now for years.”

“I enjoy shopping with Ocado. The drivers are, without exception, cheerful and helpful. If anything is wrong, which in my experience is seldom, Customer Service have always been most helpful. I have recommended Ocado to my sister and a friend who have both started shopping with Ocado.”

“Have used Ocado for more than five years, moving to try them after disastrous service from a number of large supermarkets and have never moved away. Really like the reminders on the day before my order is due, which when you are working full time comes in really handy and has prevented many a disaster! The quality of the food is excellent and knowing the days guarenteed is really useful for the weeks shopping.”

“Always within the 1 hour slot and if not (which isn't often, they telephone). Always polite and friendly delivery people. Hardly any substitutes and if you are not happy with anything there is never any quibble they take it off your bill. Shopped with Ocado now for 8 years and are the best delivery service for shopping I have ever had.”

“You make shopping so easy and even pleasurable! I can decide at the last minute, make changes up to the last minute, and have the goods delivered to my kitchen table. Any problems (and they are very few) are sorted quickly and courteously. There is a good range and I particularly enjoy being able to buy Waitrose goods. Thank you.”

“Excellent quality products and excellent range , if there is a squashed item it is resolved easily online. Friendly customer services. Packing can be a bit mixed ie fish in with fruit or heavy items on spinach. But customer services always resolve and refund this. Would like to receive email offers never had one , also the magazine would be nice as a hard copy not online, also only received one birthday gift and have been shopping for over 3 years now. Certainly the market leaders in my eyes and happy to recommend .”
