The service is good but the process of ordering can be somewhat tedious and frustrating when the website moves you back to places you have already completed.

Ocado offer a good range of products at competitive prices. The delivery slots are convenient and I like the chance to see when they are already in my area. The delivery drivers are friendly and informative. Overall a good experience

We were a bit disappointed with the dates on some items. Strawberries dated for 21st May were already going a bit mushy and trimmed green beans had a lot of dark brown blotches that needed cutting out as the beans were going off. That meant we had to use them all today, which wasn't what we had originally planned! If I had been in the supermarket myself, I would have bought neither the strawberries or the beans because they did not look fresh enough! The lamb steaks - two packs - one was significantly smaller than the other by 70grams. I would have chosen two packs of similar size. Otherwise, ok. But not as goos as last time!!

Very wide stock available, quality good, service good, pricing reasonable, easy to use web-site apart from annoying reluctance to let one pay and go. No problems yet with silly substitutions.

2nd time using Ocardo and website easy to use and so far no substitutes. I love it that they collect old bags and the list of food shows expiry dates. I received a £5 off voucher which I used but also the same day a free £15 organic Box voucher I done all my shopping thinking both could he used but to my dissapoint only one. I decided to use the £5 off but now as only two people in my house hold,it will prob. Run out,the date. This was annoying I couldn't use both.

Decent site - reasonably well laid out and a good selection of products (including some particularly eclectic items I couldn't source elsewhere). Delivery was excellent, cannot be faulted at all. Prices are reasonable, with the usual fluctuations compared to other sites. Would recommend if your weekly shop is available on the site.

I found the assertion that the shopping was cheaper than from Tesco difficult to believe without some supporting evidence.

The prices of products are less then supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Tesco's. The quality is good. Deliveries on time. On the whole very satisfactory.

Second time Iv done my food shopping. Was surprise that all my veg and fruit was going to be out off date with in two days off delivery. As I was on the understanding that most off what I had order had at least 4 days.

We do show the life guarantee on the website for all fresh products, you can see these by clicking on the the product, and it will show the minimum amount of days life that we can deliver to you. Our delivery was late which didn't help our weekend of cooking (we were catering a 90th birthday tea party), and I had had to rush from work to be on time as I had to be there for my first delivery, but our delivery man was very helpful, everything was in stock and we were kept informed about the lateness.

My first delivery was cancelled two hours before delivery due to an operational problem. However, I re-scheduled the delivery and it arrived 45 minutes early and the driver was extremely helpful and informed me of the returning of carrier bags etc. The quality of the food is excellent and I am hoping to make this my regular shopping site.
