Hi Ian Thanks for taking the time for the review and apologies for the extra day it took us to dispatch your order at the start of the year. “My recent order to Oceans Alive was taking longer than expected so I contacted them via email. I received an IMMEDIATE reply, agreeing that the delay was not acceptable and explaining the reason for it, and that my order was being dispatched that day, and was including next day delivery.
