This toothpaste is most pleasant leaving a clean pallette after every use with a fresh, subtle Minty taste. I would continiue buying this product but sadly the price is twice the cost of my usual 'best' quality toothpaste. In order to stay competitive may I suggest the product weight of 85ml be increased and the shipping be reduced to the actual commercial cost.. Many thanks,. Norman..... New customer.

After cancelling my order almost 6 weeks ago, but you still insisted on sending it out to me, it was immediately returned. I'm now 4 weeks later and still not had a refund. This is not good enough! Refund what you owe.

What a joke!!!! I cancelled my order and also asked for a refund, (which I'm still waiting for). To then find out via email that the cancelled order has just been sent out. What? Why? I will never have anymore dealings with this company again.

Still awaiting product ordered in January. No response to emails and phone messages. Email finally responded to after the supplier(Donotage) kindly intervened at my request....however still awaiting product or refund...bizarre

Lianne the Customer service manager helped me dealing with issues I had in placing my last order. A few times prior to that I was disappointed with the service provided, but this time I had a very good eland felt acknowledged and supported as a customer.
