“I had the misfortune of trusting Octa FX with my hard-earned $54,000, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions of my life. Initially lured in by their promises of high returns and seamless trading experience, I quickly realized I was in for a rude awakening. Firstly, their customer service is atrocious. Getting a hold of anyone who could provide meaningful assistance was like pulling teeth. They were quick to respond when it came to depositing money but conveniently absent when I needed support with withdrawals or when trades went awry. Speaking of trades, their platform seemed designed to work against me. There were countless instances where I placed what seemed like solid trades based on my analysis, only to see the market move in the opposite direction immediately after executing them. It’s almost as if their system was rigged to ensure losses. Furthermore, their fees were exorbitant. Hidden charges popped up left and right, eating into my capital even when my trades were marginally profitable. This made it nearly impossible to make any meaningful gains, let alone recoup my initial investment. To make matters worse, the withdrawal process was a nightmare. When I finally decided I had enough and wanted to cut my losses, Octa FX threw up every possible obstacle. Endless verification requests, processing delays, and vague excuses about technical issues were just some of the tactics they used to hold onto my money. In the end, I lost $54,000 and was left feeling utterly betrayed and powerless. Octa FX is nothing short of a scam disguised as a legitimate trading platform. They prey on unsuspecting investors with their slick marketing and promises of wealth, only to leave them high and dry when things inevitably go south. “This company is an absolute scam, stay away. After an initial deposit of €250 everything seemed to be going well, I invested another amount of money - unfortunately. Their withdrawal manager Brandon Hills is a man with no manners who probably doesn't even call himself that. I then wanted to make a withdrawal to see how it worked before investing more money. They treated me very badly, using horrible language and told me I would not get the money invested. I would also like to add that I still have several screenshots of my "pseudo platform " and a conversation with the "manager" Brandon Hills on Wathsapp who calls me an idiot. All in all he was right don't fall for this scam. I lose all my investment. Lesson learnt and money returned by visiting the web address www, fos terboon, 0r g , I couldn't be more grateful. Don't invest with unknown brokers and if you have to, avoid these people, this people will only take your money.”

It’s good that they have integrated the Help Center into it. Before contacting the team, you might find what you look at here. However, they made it simple and straightforward to reach the support and ask them directly what you need.”

“This website is not authentic. Once they have your money, they respond quickly, but if you want to make another withdrawal, they never get back to you. “My first trading partner, they have a much higher spread and commission than others, I found out via searching internet. turning it into an extremely expensive software for trading. Living and learning must be the price of being a rookie, I guess.
