The person I spoke to, Dexter, was extremely polite, helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble- he had to wait on the line for ages, whilst I checked out my previous deal with another provider. Thank you so much, Dexter. I am so glad to have switched to Octopus energy- and my son ( who recommended Octopus Energy to me) also gets £50.00 for doing so! Amazing!

Hi spoke to a wonderful lady called Sammy who was the most helpful person. Nothing was to much trouble, as we encountered a few problems trying to transfer. She sorted it all gave me step by step guidance and made feel comfortable about transferring from my current supply to Octopus. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Octopus

Had a octopus engineer fit us 2 smart metres , gas & electric . The engineer was called Lianne crofts and she was brillent . Keept us informed of time to install , made no mess , polite and plesent , and showed us how every thing works .

First time arranging utilities so was unfamiliar with process. Mollie was very patient and took the time to explain things to me, I am very grateful for her help! Very easy to deal with over the phone and made the process very enjoyable. Thank you very much for the help, I really appreciate it.

Not to long to get to speak to an advisor. Izzy was extremely helpful and patient with me, I am an older person and not very techie, she helped me out with that thank you, didn't feel at all pressured and was able to go at my own pace. I look forward to joining octopus energy,after 30 years of not switching, so it was a big deal for me, so far everything has gone very smoothly thank you once again izzy.🙂

Spoke today to Owen about taking over an electricity account on a property I am buying. He set me up with an account in a very friendly and professional way. He also gave me advice on how to arrange for the gas account to be moved to Octopus should I wish to do so in the future.

Rahim was excellent and able to answer all my queries. He was able to provide summaries of all tariff options, allowing for a quick decision to be made, providing all that was required to quickly progress the transition from British Gas to Octopus without further intervention from myself. Excellent service with a smile and great sense of humour. Thank you Rahim!

Call handler clearly explained everything, gave precise advice, walked through the process. The switch only took a few minutes. Welcome docs, T&Cs and DD details sent/received while on the call.

Needed tariff advice regarding my Electric Vehicle. I was given great service, ensuring I was on the best value tariff while awaiting vehicle delivery, then I will seamlessly move over to a new EV tariff.

It was such a long wait on the phone to get through to a person And so many times I was advised to email instead - very tedious - as well as the awful repeating music/noise .... And then I got through to Rahim, who was so helpful and sorted everything out with great efficiency. Now, once more, I have an account with Octopus (that I lost during 2 house moves) and that made me happy! So, 4 stars to Octopus - just wish I could get through to a person more quickly! And 5 stars to Rahim for excellent customer service
