First class customer service from Kai who went out of his way to ensure a swift energy transfer and also went beyond expectations by helping with a problem we had with an existing account. Customer service at its finest!

I spoke to Thomas regarding switching. He was thoroughly personable and friendly throughout the call and had very good service and product knowledge - being able to give me multiple options as to how I wanted to proceed. Very impressed!

I had a fairly complicated set of questions about switching to the Octopus Flux tariff for import and export with solar panels and battery. I spoke to Alex who was excellent - and very friendly. Answered all my questions and helped me make the switch from my current supply. A great customer experience, just as they promised!

I was with Shell energy and was switched automatically. I have ended up in credit with my gas & electric. I have followed all the advice and enter my meter readings regularly but I am now having to jump through hoops to get a refund again. They say there is a problem with my meters but won't tell me what the problem is. I have tried to manually reduce the payments but they keep putting them back up again.

Parveen was amazing and throughout the call showed sincerity and kept me calm and this was necessary for me to stay was almost considering moving but due to smart meter excuses team twice not attending. She has addressed and hopefully shouldn't be anymore problems . Thanks parveen
