II have always found Octopos customer service professional, courtesy and easy to talk to. Yesterday I spoke to Ola who was very professional and was very quick to sort out my query. That's what customers expect from customer service it puts them and ease.

27/11/24 I called Octopus to switch both gas & elec. Aysha was so lovely on the call, she was both professional & patient & knowledgeable of the product. Aysha advised me of the tariffs & answered all my questions even going through the tariffs again to ensure I had all the relevant information. Aysha then walked me through the switching over process & reassured me throughout by explaining everything to alleviate any concerns. Aysha also asked me several times if I was happy for the switch & proceeded at a pace that was comfortable for me. Thank you Aysha for supporting me through this switch, you are a credit to your team. This is exactly the kind of customer service needed by customers, so well done Octopus on the selection & training of your staff.

joining Octopus officially from tomorrow 28/11/24 i found the experience agreeing a new fixed energy deal a breeze ‘ unfortunately i didn’t catch the ladies first name but can say she was very polite professional and very helpful in helping me make my mind up in joining Octopus Energy Can only say thankyou Edward Craven

I spoke to Paveen today on a number of complex issues. She was very helpful, patient professional and well informed. She resolved all the matters I was concerned about and was able to give me contact details of the SMART meter suppliers. I like dealing with Octupus Energy as a provider and Paveen is an excellent ambassador for the Company.

The phone call I made to Octopus Energy today was made so much easier by the friendly young man called Brad on the other end of the line. He showed empathy and kindness when I was feeling down and anxious with problems not just of the money kind but family, my granddaughter is seriously ill in ICU in Australia and I ended up in tears. He was amazing he’s mum must be so proud of him. And I’m guessing that he is a great asset to the company. Thank you Brad for your kindness and help, I just so worried about the debt I’m in with Octopus Energy which I feel isn’t entirely my fault as this started from when I was with Green star Energy then Shell and they made me feel terrible. Thank goodness for the Brads of the world. And of Octopus Energy

I called today as an existing customer to move my elderly mothers acvount to Octopus (she was present on the call). Our advisor, Thomas, was very well informed, polite and courteous throughout the call. He answered all my and my mum's questions fully and was happy to repeat himself on occasions to ensure we understood the information he was giving us. He was also very helpful in explaining where my mum could look for additional support with her energy payments. Octopus Energy are the best company I have been with in 40 years of having an account. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family as I did with my mum.
