“I spoke with Dexter this morning, it was an altogether comfortable and relaxed experience! He ran me through the tariff options etc. and we agreed on a 14 month fixed tariff initially (which i understood could be changed at any time). We discussed my current system (hybrid installation with Heat pump, new gas boiler, solar panels and storage battery which will be added this weekend.) Also the referral scheme and he took details of my friend, an existing Octopus customer.
