Praveen the agent on call went out of her way to make sure my grievances were all addressed and dealt with complete with an email supporting each issue! Highly appreciated. Thank you Praveen.

Following many issues last year resulting in me paying each month via the app (rather than direct debit,) I finally got away from Octopus. Despite their constant insistence in raising my monthly payments, they are clearly not as enthusiastic about returning money that belongs to me. They never acknowledge emails from the octopus email address given and to date have failed to respond to two this week. Their staff used to be so helpful but now they lack training in basic customer service - such as respect and courtesy. It’s so easy to set up an auto response so that customers know their email has been received but they apparently have not considered this. The irony is, if I owed them money I would be getting unpleasant communications from them. Never again will I go with this company when I switch and I would never recommend

We have just been on the phone to Raiyan We had lots of questions which he was very patient with us and answered all our questions we have now joined Octopus Energy thanks to Raiyan who made the change over very easy for us very good customer service Kindest regards Nigel and Mandy Allen

Always incredibly simple calling Octopus and asking for help. No confusing jargon or long-winded calls, very to the point and always happy to help. Holly A-R took my call and was very helpful in answering my questions. Always a great demonstration of how simple and easy customer service should be and a large reason why I choose to stay with their supply

Excellent Customer service, speaking to a very knowledgeable agent in the UK. She was the only one of all the other provider's who managed to sort out our meter issue before we switched to using Octopus Energy. So far 100% happy with them and hopefully if this initial contact is anything to go by this will continue to be a good experience

Since the installation of our smart meters we have had issues with obtaining any data on the "Home Mini", this was replaced with an "In-house display" which still did not work. Many emails later I eventually spoke with Jacob who managed to get the unit up and running within minutes. Slightly disappointing this efficiency could not have been displayed right from the start of the installation.

Rang Octopus about changing supplier and I spoke to Zak P. He was very helpful and took me through the complete process in a friendly and respectful manner. Dealing with him at that point, leads me to believe that I've made the correct decision to change supplier. Thank you!!

Spoke to Alex a few days ago about changing my supplier to Octopus Energy, she made it so simple and explained everything slowly so I could write things down. It was quick and so easy, should have done it weeks ago, so thank you brilliant customer service.

Great experience with Octopus. Radhika was extremely helpful and changed my mother’s gas and electricity supply to Octopus. I would 100% recommend the service to anyone who needs to swap their supplier. I am also with Octopus and am very pleased with their service
