“I have been very pleased with the way in which a meter issue has been handled, and very fairly resolved. It has taken a while because the meter was faulty and a new smart meter had to be installed. However, I have been able to communicate easily with Jacob and other Team Members, who have always kept me informed and replied to messages etc.
