I spoke to Innocent this morning and he was brilliant. He explained very clearly the process to take advantage of the feed-in tariffs available to a property with solar panels. To start with, smart meters need to be installed - these are arranged for next week. The rest will follow.

Isabella was polite and courteous, she efficiently dealt with my issue allowing me to get off the phone without crying again. My husband recently died and each day brings fresh issues. Isabella’s professional manner allowed me to avoid fresh upset.

I've been waiting SIX WEEKS for a smart meter replacement. Tired of receiving apologies punctuated with gooey "thanks for reaching out" and "love and power" sign-offs with little hearts and emojis. I don't want or need warm-and-fuzzy from a utility company that's overcharging for energy -- I just want someone to do their job so I can have control over my own energy usage.

Very helpful and explained everything fully to me. Rang back when he said he would and made an appointment for a smart meter that suited my work pattern. Excellent customer service as always!

Danny was very clear and helpful - and patient because we had a bad connection as Three is doing work on the phone transmission set up and it was quite difficult keeping a running thread through our conversation until he offered to call me back which solved the problem. Anyway, were now happy to be with Octopus energy.

Just moved my business gas over and saved a fortune. Owen was really helpful on the phone - our address is new and the meter wasn't on the system yet. Still only took about five minutes on the phone. If only everything was as easy as this!

I moved into a new property on friday. I wanted to get set up with octopus as I heard many good things about them. My call was handled by Bebe. She was extremely kind, patient and helpful and guided me through the entire set up process. She made the process so easy and I felt reassured that she was giving me the best possible advice.

Unfortunately I have only half a job completed as the engineer could not complete the task of replacing the Gas smart meter. He did an excellent job replacing the Electricity smart meter. I phoned Octopus HQ and tried to get an Octopus engineer to replace the Gas meter only to wait till the first engineer completes his Job card and send it to Octopus. Octopus was told about the Gas meter but said it would be sorted out by the engineer. I will have to wait and see if Saad completes the task of getting another engineer to complete the work.
