I phoned Octopus HQ and tried to get an Octopus engineer to replace the Gas meter only to wait till the first engineer completes his Job card and send it to Octopus. Octopus was told about the Gas meter but said it would be sorted out by the engineer. I will have to wait and see if Saad completes the task of getting another engineer to complete the work.”
