She was very patient in helping me set up my new account, in explaining that I had a SMART Meter for one device and would arrange for one for the other service. Helped go through the process of which pricing guide would best suit my needs. It was all so simple and care was taken by Kainaat. The only thing is my friends could have recommended me but I did not know that they were using Octopus.”
