“I have tried Ocushield products for a month and find they help with insomnia enabling me to use my iPad at night. Fitting the sticky shield on the iPad was tricky and I ended up with spots under the shield, and air pockets which i managed to get rid of eventually. I tried to contact customer support and was promised help but have heard nothing from them. The video was not helpful as it showed someone fitting the shield in double quick time. Slow motion would be much better so you could follow it. Will reorder other products.”

“Good screen protector that blocks blue light. It is challenging to apply the screen without air bubbles and it increases reflections outdoors and reduces ability to use your device in sunlight even more than regular screen protection. This has reduced my satisfaction with the product.”

As for the bubbles, we would kindly advise you to wrap a credit card with a cloth or tissue, then to push and smooth down the bubbles as well as compress the air pockets with your fingers as this tends to do the trick. “Good for blocking out the blue light when you spend a lot of time looking at a screen. The downside is the laptop screen protectors are a pain to apply, they come with two methods to attach them. The slide in method doesn’t work on MacBooks as they have flat glass screens and the other method has visible sticky tape over the screen. I would have preferred it had a sticky surface or is wider so the tape can stick over the edges of the screen rather than the screen itself.”

“It's good but there is one big BUT. The not permanent holding solution has those stickers that do not hold the product in place. The reason being is that the double sticking area is way thinner than the thickness of the actual film. So the film props the holding brackets off of the screen. Had to get me a double-sided tape of the right thickness and improvise. The other little problem is that the film has gaps on the sides which are though ok to live with. The product is really nice, thanks!”

“Great glasses! They look good and feel good. It took about a day or so to get used to wearing them, as I have never worn glasses, but I feel like they are helping reduce the strain on my eyes from sitting in front of my computer for hours a day. It took a while to get the glasses because of the supply shortages, they did notify me that my order would be delayed, but they probably should not have promised a specific date, because that date came and went and still no glasses and no updates. So, I had to reach back out to them and get a status on my order, so that part of the customer service could be improved.”

“They are good but i expected a cloth to clean them and a bit more about you not just a plastic case with them in... the clip on bit takes some getting use to as you can see the clip by your nose.but yes it does the job...”

Hey, Thanks for getting in touch to notify us of this issue. We would suggest taking the filter off first, clean the screen and make sure it is dry/no fingerprints are present. Once done, reapply the filter. When you reapply to push out any air to the edge this should limit the effect you see. This should be done periodically as air moisture can get stuck behind the screen. “Mind ended up broken because it was folded during delivery… can’t be Christmas gift/: thankfully I realized that the screen size was for laptops & not full sized computer monitors. But still. Kinda sad that the packaging didn’t resemble the fragility”
