“I received the Ocushield however it does not fit my computer. I was really disappointed that I measured it exactly as you directed and when it came it did not fit my computer. Fortunately, my colleague is using it as it fits his which is not the same computer as mine. I think you need to revise your directions so that people don't get the wrong size.”

“I purchased this as a gift, to someone who was conducting online courses via Zoom. This had taken a toll on their eyes, as some sessions can take more than 4-5hrs. “Not quite what I expected having to cut to size. You do have to enhance the brightness on your computer and it does take away some of the colours. If you don't cut exactly to the size you do end up with a bright edge to your screen.”

Hi Chris, Sorry to hear we weren't what you expected. Sometimes our screens aren't suitable at first hand but we do advise to purchase a larger size to then cut it with a Stanley knife - please however ensure you're careful! On the contrary, when the brightness of the device is off you can no longer see this as the light underneath the device is more powerful and the Ocushield then absorbs this blue light to reflect any harsh light from the front service. This is completely normal and not a product defect or something to be concerned about. Olivia, Team Ocushield.

“They have a great costumer service and product. I had some complications since I was buying from a different country, but with their quick responses it make everything go smooth. It was a bit more expensive that I wanted to pay and I had to pay for shipping as well, can’t be helped for overseas purchases, but I don’t regret my purchase and I would probably buy one for laptop if I had to use one on a regular basis.”
