There was an error in my order, sent as a gift. I phoned Oddbins and immediately they apologised and offered to remedy the error. An extra bottle to make up the original order was sent the same day, using the express service. I am most impressed by their customer service - rare in these times!

Great prompt service but delivered to wrong people at wrong house, through sent photo to right people at right house! Got there eventually, so well done!

Customer service was attentive / helpful but one of the products ordered on the website was not available, ended up with 2 bottles of rose instead of a bottle of white and a bottle of rose so quite an odd gift combo.
