I went with my wife to the Odeon Charlestown for an evening screening today. Apart from the film which was cool, the cinema itself is disgusting, total filth and filth. Everything literally sticks together, popcorn and cola cups everywhere. We will never go back there and we do not recommend it to anyone. The manager should have been fired a long time ago

Really poor management. Toilets are discussing. To cancel membership is like hell. The headache to cancel the membership doesn't worth the price.

Do NOT get the "Unlimited" ticket, as the useless employees will NOT scan the QR 99% of the time, and your ticket will be suspended for not showing up

The cinema was absolutely filthy. The standards have certainly slipped which is sad to see as now i shall not be returning. The whole place needs refurbishing. The seats were stained and the place had a stale/musty smell to it. Sad to say because i used to enjoy the comfort and entertainment here.

Start by saying even if I was paid I would NEVER visit this cinema ever again, from the start was just awful. So understaffed waiting long time in queues. When I finally got to the till and paid for drinks and food I was then sent to the end till to stand in another long queue to be told that they couldn't give me 1 food item and have to wait again keeping in mind the film was starting in 3 mins time. So had no other choice to get a refund. So then the manager singled out Only us in front of everyone, stopping us by saying hold on you haven't shown code to walk on in, but the guy scanned our code to go in this was because she didn't like the fact that I asked for refund on item that I was charged for but they couldn't make in time for film. No bags of sweets or crisps nothing to choose from.They had no trays for drinks, the lids didn't fit the drinks so couldn't hold them without them spilling everywhere. Seats were so bad we stayed 20 mins into film and walked out. Wouldn't recommend this place Belfast Victoria Square. Absolute disgusting experience.

Got in contact with odeon about a relaxed performance for my autistic daughter and got told they have nothing planned for the little marmaid, feeling very discriminated against. This day and age and with web sight saying about relaxed performance but nothing planned for a person with disabilities

Never pay for the membership. They do not let you cancel it they make it very difficult for you to do it. On 05/11 I sent a request to cancel my membership and today is 27/11 and they have not replied to me yet. There is no phone number available to contact them. They only make an online form available and they advise you to wait until they contact you. They said they aim to reply in 4 days but it is a lie. They have charged me the monthly payment again.

We used to visit the cinema at least once each month pre Covid and got a £25 Odeon Gift voucher from a friend just before lockdown. Not able to use or not comfortable during the last couple of years but last week decided it would now be safe. Tried to use the Gift Voucher but guess what? Voucher shows as expired and Odeon keep the whole value!!! Used the online help and completed the form for a call back but that was 3 days ago and still no communication. Cinema was great ( Springs, Leeds) but Odeon Ltd are terrible and Customer Services as others have said is non existent. NEVER BUY THEIR GIFT VOUCHERS. 3-11-2022 STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES 3 weeks later.

Went with my parents to watch a 15 or over film, didn't have ID, which was fine until the girl serving us (Shannon), made sly and sarcastic remarks and comments, trying to hide her grin and laughter. Will definitely not be going back there!

Black hat user experience, there is no way to cancel your subscription online, you have to open a ticket with their customer support who simply wont respond.

Trying to book tickets for four of us to watch sonic I think it discusting that you have know saver times because it's the school holidays when with kids people need cheaper showings I don't thing I will bother

Horrible customer service. My Limitless seems to be a scam played to keep the customers pay for 3 months with poor digital services and horrible applications. I took my Limitless in December and in the three months I was only able to book 8 movies where I tried to book atleast 20 or more. This app doesn't support any devices well, always crashing, many errors to which the time is wasted. "Discounted tickets can be booked only after an hour" this is the message that comes frequently without any previous try. I believed that it could be a glitch but when reported to the customer care center via Chat, Facebook and email all they did was deny the fact that the application is bad and kept telling about the booking I was able to make not the ones I couldn't make. The promise of Unlimited movie experience is a scam played by this movie company and totally an unethical one.

My 14 yo daughter on her first trip to Odeon Edinburgh West End was charged adult price of £14 to see Spiderman movie. When purchasing her ticket from a staff member they asked her age and she replied correctly 14 .... She was charged £14. on checking the website it clearly states a child is "14 years and under". I raised a complaint online but no one responds. Ripping off children is appalling!! Best to avoid ODEON.

Don't buy gift cards - cannot use them to purchase limitless membership. Went to book online and site kept falling over. Couldn't get through to any customer service (chat, phone, twitter - all not working). Only option was to send a message via a form. Is this really how companies think customer service works in 2021???

So they have no medium cups so: You can have a meal deal but you can either have a small cup with it that you can’t refill or pay an extra 50p to get an ice blast cup. Ridiculous management, scam I asked if I could refill my small cup that I paid extra for and it was a flat no! I will not be returning!!! Scandalous

Absolute disgrace. Been trying to contact them since the day i applied for membership as i very quickly realised i cant even book tickets on the app as it doesnt work, nor theres anything to see!!! No way of contacting them at all so i cancelled my direct debit so i wouldnt get charged anymore and now im getting an administration fee added every week with letters threatening to increase this fee every week. Im dont want to be in debt but now i cannot go to cinema, i cannot cancel the limitless and i am getting an extra 10er added to my bill every week. What a joke. I dont even know what to do anymore with this and this stress is really not necesarry. If they cannot function as a company after covid, dont even open up and start selling false limitless when you do not have basic customer service staff to run your business.

As Covid19 the Cinemas have closed and I have had 2 limitless accounts since 2016 and because I didn't pay in March due to there policy. They have now cancelled both accounts. Absolute waste of space may aswell bang your head on a brick wall. Every email I send to this Rosie H in Limitless centre never offers a solution doesn't care about the customers just the money. Never again will I be fooled by these people ever again. She is the rudest Customer person I have come across in my whole life coming to Odeon every week for the past 20 years. Don't fall for there rubbish excuses just sign up again doesn't matter. Going to give Cineworlds Limitless a try as gotta have better staff than these. I am so disappointed in Odeon not wanting to help people out in this awkward situation with coronavirus. And it does state that limitless memberships will be paused so why on earth would it matter about the direct debit when they are not going to take any money until reopen after the Lockdown. Not happy at all
