“I tried so many times to buy gift cards and every time you hold my purchase for 24 hours then you send me an email telling me that the transaction has failed. Is really not easy to do business with you, You asking for a picture of my ID MY BANK CARD, I understand that is for a security reason, and I agree with you, but you should maybe call the customer to fix the problem instead of loosing customer just like that.
