“I ordered 3 X $100 itunes card and one of them was a used card. Got in touch with their customer service and they just denied the claim. I’m very disappointed with offgamers.”

“Website is always half assed. There is no help offered and the verification process TAKES 24hours - 5 days. When you email or send in a ticket you get people that email you back automatic responses they aren't actually there to help you. I was asked to send in my ID and credit card details twice. How does that make any sense if I sent it the first time how would the second time change.”

“They are disgusting. very slow service. ask verfication every time we buy some thing.. when we chase them every time.. they finally blocked me saying I have crossed my buying limit.. when asked what is limit they said nothing.. they are fraud .. disgusting.. they should sell gift cards on vegetable markets instead of doing it online”
