“Printing services are overpriced
Media charges are unjustified (for opening a PDF) and excessive cost for a basic print job in black and white.
I found a better alternative online which was over 50 percent cheaper with good quality printing. I sent an email asking Office Outlet if they would price match, advising I had multiple print requests coming up, they refused.
I've since used the other company on multiple occasions with no issues. It's a shame Office Outlet won't make an effort to provide good customer service.”
