“Do NOT use this service. Absolute scam. I paid £24 to unlock my phone, then received an email demanding another £65. They do not answer the phone or any emails. Avoid!”
“As many of the other reviews say - This is a massive scam. You think your paying £19.99. Then they charge vat (not mentioned). You don't realise it's a 'pre-order' till you get the email saying that. (this pre order rubbish is in the terms and conditions but nowhere is it clearly stated). £62.98 to unlock my phone is something I cannot justify and nor should anyone else. Luckily I did not pay the £47.99 but I did pay £14.99 which they will not refund.”

Be aware that they may charge 17.99 upfront (the cost that you think you are paying) but then demand a further 40 something pounds to actually unlock your phone

If you query a refund, an automated system responds to tell you "no".

“They charge you an unlocking fee (+ VAT which wasn't mentioned anywhere prior), then come back after 24hours to bill you more money for 'unlocking' your phone. I had to go out to the shops to do it for a fraction of the price. Wish I'd come here to check reviews before any transactions. Scrolling down their reviews on here, I see its a regular scam. A lof people have fallen for it. It's funny because their website has a 4.5/5 star review. I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this. They should be investigated.”

I wish I had looked here first. Trustpilot only hass good reviews about this outfit although there are some which have been reported.
They advertise the price to supply an unlock code for £14.99 plus VAT (which is not mentioned)
They push you through the whole registration phase and take a credit card payment, then follow up some 24 hours later with an email and an invoice for a further £82.00 and will not supply the code until payment is made.
I refused to make this payment. The going rate is £10 to £15 and ended up getting the phone unlocked by the carrier in less than 20 minutes for £8.99
They are con artists and their website is misleading and does not give the complete list of charges”
