“I ordered and paid for a 4000w inverter and was told some time later that they sold the last of them to someone else. I was offered store credit or a lower performance 3000w inverter for the money I'd given them . Be aware.”

We understand your frustration when you ordered and paid for a 4000w inverter, only to later discover that we had sold out of the 4000W. We apologize for the disappointment this caused you. Offering you a store credit / Refund or the no cost upgrade to the 3000w inverter was purely to rectify the situation - The Pro series 3000W inverter is in fact a more efficient inverter and I believe from the discussions with my colleagues will suit your needs perfectly. We genuinely want to make things right, Should you be unhappy with your purchase you can simply return the product in original packaging for a full refund.
