“I'm very happy that my ticket was reduced to get rid of my points and lower the fine, but the one complaint I would have is that there wasn't the greatest communication. I got a letter from the court saying that I would have to appear in January 2022 for the pretrial, but then it turns out my lawyer made the plea in August instead? It's all fine in the end, but I just would have liked to have been kept in the loop a little more. Thank you for the service, would use again.”

“These guys were great. On a holiday weekend I got a ticket. I signed up for their program and was able to quickly upload a copy of the ticket. The next day the atty called me, gave him a quick rundown of what happened and he said he was on it and not to worry. For several weeks, I heard nothing and unexpectedly called me one more gave me my options, which I was quite satisfied with, paid a small fine and the matter was concluded. Tickets suck but these guys made it as painless as possible. Thks David!!!”
