“Hieu Do was very communicative, encouraging and he handled two of my husbands tickets for me. “Horrible service and had me worried they were even going to show up for the appointment. Lawyer left a very rude voicemail just because I asked a simple yea or no question about whether he had received the documents he requested. Last question I asked was if they knew about the court date I received in the mail. No response for over 3 weeks just 2 days before the appointment I had to go out of my way to contact support. Never using this service again. Waste of money. Just go to your court date and save the money.”

“I received a speeding ticket that I was not guilty of, and had Off The Record handle it for me. It was immediately a very easy process, I just had to upload a picture of my ticket and describe the situation. They automatically selected an attorney for me and got my ticket dropped!
