“This was my first time using this and what a great experience not having to do really anything everything was taken care of by the lawyer assigned to me. “Got a passing in no passing zone ticket for passing a truck that was not maintaining speed. Felt it was unjustified, instead of arguing with the deputy or judge we decided to let Off the Record handle the issue. “I've had to use Off The Record twice now, once each for two of my teenage drivers. Both had speeding tickets. If they stayed on their driving records, my insurance premiums would have skyrocketed. OTR was a great investment. Connected me with local lawyers, who did all the work. Aside from the initial signup with OTR sending our ticket and description of what happened, we didn't have to do anything. We didn't have to go to court or show up for any zoom hearings. One ticket was dismissed after my son took an online defensive driving course ($25), and my daughter's ticket was changed into a non-moving violation. We still had to pay a fine, but she didn't get points and it wasn't reported to insurance. It's weird, but this is one time I'm completely happy with a service but hope I never have to use to them again!”

“I turned in my citation to OTR and a description of what had happened. I paid the fee that was assessed by the online system and that was it. I received an email about the case asking me a few questions and then it was on its merry way. I did not have to go to any court or do anything after that and the ticket was dismissed as it should never had been issued in the first place.”

“My crash ticket was at not fault,neither got points on my license. OFF THE RECORDS Did everything for me. I didn't even had to show up to court neither to any hearings. “Very streamlined process. I uploaded my ticket and they matched me with an attorney for a $500 flat rate fee. This is reasonable because attorneys in my area charge $250 - $500 an hour. The attorney was very professional and communicative over what was needed and what I needed to do and she had wonderful reviews online when I looked her up. On the day of, the attorney went to court for me and got the charge dismissed, all I had to pay to the court was court costs. This saved me from receiving significant points on my license and increased insurance costs.”
