“I messaged oh polly on Instagram for help with an order that I had paid for accidentally and they replied to me within a few hours and cancelled it and told me my money would be back in my account in 48-72 hours! Amazing service by a girl called bethanie ready to help whenever I needed it.”

“I emailed customer service with concerns about my return order as it had been over a month and a half and I hadn't received any confirmation. Bethanie Brown was so sweet and timely in solving my dilemma and came to a quick solution along with great clarity. Top tier customer service with no haggle. Love it!”

“Moya and mark were really quick to resolve the issue with my order. They were really polite and apologetic about the mistake made and got the correct item sent out to me the same day I raised the issue with them. Really friendly and quality customer service in my opinion”

“Annie was very helpful with my query today. I was asking about the recommended wash temperature for the bo and tee collection and when I mentioned the name sticker had come off on a pair of shorts I bought after washing at the recommended temp, she kindly gave me a 25% refund for the inconvenience. Lovely service! X”
