“Bethany was super helpful in ensuring my problem was solved as quickly and easily as possible and made the experience as lovely as possible. I know oh polly is usually of perfect quality and on this occasion it was not yet the team did everything they could to resolve this and I am very satisfied :)”

“I spoke with Emily about my package that was not delivered and she quickly sent a replacement order to my correct address with a different courier. She listened and acknowledged that I needed my swimsuit for my upcoming vacation and sent my item with the fastest delivery speed. Emily definitely knows how to make a girl happy. Thanks so much.”

“I brought a dress express shipping it didn’t arrive within the expected time frame (Due to covid delays) I was very annoyed but Alix understood my frustration and offered to give me a full refund ! Very good & understanding customer service !”

“Oh Polly has become one of my favourite stores! Not only is the style of the clothing on trend & beautiful, the quality of the clothes is fantastic & affordable too. Recently I had some problems with a refund & delivery delay but as soon as I emailed the customer service team a lovely girl called Nikki helped and was very fast with her response and resolved my issue quickly. Very polite and fast love it ! Happy customer :) xx”

“I had some issues with my parcel that was delayed due to custom issues so I emailed to get some Update, Aimee emailed me back the same day and she took care of it for me right away and refunded my full payment. Great customer service, highly recommended”

“i hadn’t heard any confirmation of my return being received or processed, so i emailed to check for any updates on when my refund would be sent to my account, Jess managed to track and then speed up my refund and my money was in my account within 24hours, she was a huuuuge help and so so nice with everything i had to ask about!”
