“First off, let me just say how PHENOMENAL Oh Polly’s customer service is. I recently reached out to them just a concern i had with a refund. Less than 24 hrs they were already attentive to me. Just generally the gals who were assisting me were Lauren and Moya, who were absolutely amazing and showed nothing but kindness and there concern on helping me. All i can say is oh polly has quick customer service and obviously professional staff, I’m glad to support this company and couldn’t be happier shopping from them!! Thank you so much!! I definitely recommend shopping from this brand 💓💓”

“Very professional and amazing quality. Would like to also personally thank Sarah for handling a situation so prompt and professionally when my dress was sent in a wrong size and they sent me a brand new one in the right size and told me to keep the other one for free. Highly Recommended!”

“Excellent quality clothes and great fast responding customer service Nikki helped me greatly and really resolved my issue in a first class service way!! “I love Oh Polly as a brand, their clothes are always such good quality and so flattering! This time I ordered it unfortunately received the wrong colour of item, however this was quickly rectified when I emailed the team. I heard back from Moya and Lucy and they both dealt with the issue quickly and effectively, and they even let me keep the incorrect item as well as sending out the correct one. Very impressed with the customer service as usual!”

“Amazing service from Sarah and Annie. Had a bit of trouble with free delivery but they were more than happy to help on more than one occasion and the response is always so quick! Dresses are also amazing quality and so worth the price! Definitely my go to for dresses now”
