“Had to return a swimsuit to exchange for a different size. After not hearing anything after 30 days of returning the swimsuit, I emailed O Polly support and in no time, Leigh with O Polly responded to me. Even with me not having my returns tracking number, Leigh and Lauren were able to help me fast and efficiently to get my correct sized swimsuit shipped to me!”

“I ordered something for my friends birthday present and I got the wrong size, I message you saying I need an 8 instead of a 6 and within a small amount of time you was able to get it changed and messaged me with a reply saying it has been changed. Great customer service by Leigh.”
