“Emailed oh polly over a problem I was having about shipping options. A very lovely person called Nikki replied and sorted everything out for me instantly. Highly recommend Oh Polly. Lovely team and amazing clothes.”

“I love the quality of clothes from Oh Polly, they are always a ‘go to’ for any clothes I need for occasions. The website isn’t the best, I always find it won’t let me scroll or click on things sometimes. I had an issue where DPD didn’t bring my parcel on time and Yasmin on customer service was quick to respond and refund the delivery charge. When my order arrived the tag fell off but Aimee on customer service reassured me that this is fine for me to return as normal. Customer service are super polite and efficient.”

“I would 100% recommend buying from here. Everything is amazing quality. I had a small issue with a bathing suit and I emailed them about it and got a response within a day or two. First email I got was from Moya who had already processed a new bathing suit be sent to me free of charge. They fixed the issue so fast and I will be buying from them again. 10/10”

“I ordered 2 bikinis to Canada and one didn't fit me the best, I was nervous about returning but I decided to do it! I realized after I had shipped it back that I had put the piece in the wrong bag :( I was scared when returns get scanned it would be messed up and I wouldn't get my refund. I sent an email and Aimee & Emily from customer service TOTALLY helped me out! I have NEVER had such a great experience with a return. Read this piece from our emails "I would really like to apologize for any trouble this has caused you and hope it hasn't left you out of pocket. I completely get this is an uncertain time for everybody, so hopefully your refund is now one less thing to worry about!" They fast tracked my refund and I really felt like I was part of the OhPolly family! Seriously what company actually says they hope you weren't left out of pocket? It was so sweet! I will definitely shop here again :)”

“The customer service here is brilliant. I was bought a gift card for my birthday that had gone past the expiry date. I wasn’t aware of this, but Tyra was so helpful and kind enough to extend my gift card. She was so quick at responding back to me, making my experience with Oh polly super smooth and easy. “Love, love, love my lounge wear and socks are super soft. I had some issues with the courier and I was really stressing as some of the items were gifts. Annie and Leigh contacted the courier and everything was sorted. Great customer service, will definitely be re ordering.”

“I had a tear in my bo & tee leggings and yasmin and Nikki got back to me the same day via email with excellent customer service, they were so sorry to hear about the tear and sent me a brand new pair off straight away. Couldn’t ask for better service! Oh polly are killing it x”

“Not sure if my review went through so will post again and I have to say this customer service was the best I have ever had. My order went missing, I think the fault of Hermes and my emails were replied to very promptly and a replacement was express delivered to me as need it for my daughters birthday. I have now received it. Thanks again to Annie and yasmin”
