“I visited the store to pickup a few items for a birthday gift. There was only one staff member on who was running around helping every customer and making sure everyone was looked after. She was amazing, helpful and so polite - it made me stay longer and I ended up purchasing so many extra items on sale. Will be returning here in the future.”

“Easily the best customer service i have received in eons. Louise picked up the original overflow call when i had a sizing issue with an on-line order, held an item for me and ( politely ) folowed me up when I hadn't swapped out by nominated date. Went over and above any level of customer service received on the Sunny Coast. An asset to your brand and needs to be acknowledged.”
