Still has not arrived. 5 days and counting. Update: As it turns out - OKI DIRECT objected to my account name/details. Because the data collection was over and above what was necessary to buy printer consumerables - so I wanted to add a marker to know where and how my details were being used and if they were sold on and like. Because they objected to the marker (which had a crass word embedded into the "county" field) they cancelled the order. They did not inform me they cancelled the order and they did not refund the money and had no intention of doing so, until I contacted them. If I had not called them out on this I believe they would have taken the money knowing full well they were not entitled to it. WATCH OUT. Two weeks late - I get spam from these people, but still no refund of my money. No intention to deliver. No intention to deliver the goods. I also note that when I checked their company is not compliant at companies house....bad bad signs.

Ordered on Monday. Next day delivery promised. Still waiting on Thursday. No communication.

I called the sales team prior to placing the order on a Wednesday before nnon and was told the printer would be dispatched for next day delivery. On Thursday afternoon I enquired if the item was due for delivery, the customer services rep was very abrupt only to say there was a problem in dispatch that day, then she suggested I cancel the order as a solution. I found the attitude very offensive, and despite 3 times she had promised a call back to update, I ended chasing her instead! On Friday I called in the morning to get an update, this time I was told there was a problem with our delivery address! this was a new one to me. Then I had to scan over copies of proof of address before finally a manager agreed to release the order. The OKI team really need some training in customer relations and need to keep customers advised where there may be delays.

I ordered printer on a Tuesday they said it would be here the next day, after I had waited in most of Wednesday I finally got a call from Oki saying my printer was not in stock, no not happy.

Contacted this company regarding an ink toner and was badly advised. I had seen a drum unit which stated it would print 25000 copies. I contact Oki direct and asked if this was a large drum toner. The answer for Oki direct was yes this will print a maximum of 25k copies. I was happy and ordered the item. The delivery timeframe was very good, the problem was the item I was advised to order was an image drum and not an ink toner. Very disappointed t have purchased an incorrect item on the advise of a company who should know what they are talking about. I have then had to order the correct item via another company.

no vat invoice revived. no M & S vouchers received. Email addresses you give out for customer service bounce back

Dear Mr Clarke, Apologies you seem to be having problems with our service. Vouchers arrive up to 30 days after purchase, if you have not received one then please let us know. VAT invoices are sent after items have been dispatched and will likely be with you in the next 2 to 3 days. As for email addresses, we have checked and these are working fine, if you are having problems reaching us then please call us and we will try to diagnose the issue.
