“Extremely satisfied with the printer and the high quality it's able to deliver. The software driver installed offers a comprehensive range of settings allowing me to modify the print output - making me feel like I'm squeezing-out the very best the printer has to offer. This would have been a 5 star review if the delivery had been smooth. This was my first order with OKI Direct, the website notes that first time deliveries will only be delivered to the billing address of the credit card used. So, on the (next) day of delivery I worked from the billing address but the order was shipped to our main office address. Other than that, I'm extremely satisfied and will be ordering again.”

“Unit delivered promptly and well packed as you would expect of Oki. Down to 3 star because an issue following setup required a call to customer support. I was put on hold while the individual went to find out what the problem was. I don't know if he managed to find a solution as he never came back to me. The call was cut off after 35 minutes on hold. This is NOT what you expect of Oki”

“You could make me happier by making a video on how to use oki mc760dn because to read the instructions you need to be able to read another language. we are finding it really hard work. i have to get my son to give us lessons. please please make the instructions (or please make a video ) that can be understood. kind regards Pat”
