“My order arrived the next day (earlier than forecast)”

“The original printer was faulty and OKI direct agreed to replace with a new one. We had to make a series of phone calls to the warranty department to achieve this replacement which was unfortunate. However staff at OKI Direct were very helpful. Replacement printer was received a few days later and we are happy with it.”

“I was very pleased with the speed of service and also with the ease of being able to re-book delivery when I was out on the first occasion. I was promised delivery on the day convenient to myself, I was advised of the planned time slot early in the day and the delivery was made 10 minutes into that time slot.”
